Delivery

Where we plan to deliver

We are working towards delivery across Pakistan, beginning with Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, then extending outward. Exact coverage depends on the courier agreements we are finalising.

Timings

We are not quoting delivery windows yet. Publishing an estimate we have not tested would be a poor way to start. Once we have run live shipments, confirmed timings will appear here.

Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. Nothing will be added after you have placed an order.

Packaging

Orders will be sent in plain outer packaging. The final specification will be confirmed with our fulfilment partner and published here.

Tracking

Every dispatched order will come with tracking, sent to the email or number you give at checkout.

Cash on delivery

Not currently offered. If we add it, it will be stated clearly at checkout rather than implied.
