We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

How to return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available subject to stock. Because our edits are carefully curated, we cannot always guarantee an alternative size is available, and we will tell you honestly when it is not.

Shaping layers

Shaping layers are worn close to the body and can only be returned where the hygiene seal is intact and the item is unworn. This is stated on each relevant product page.

Return postage

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, that is ours to fix. Contact us and we will arrange collection and a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
