Returns

Pre-launch draft. This is the policy we intend to launch with. It will be finalised, dated and published in full before ZAREA begins selling. Nothing here is binding until then.

Intended returns window

We are planning a 14-day return window from delivery for items unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Exchanges

We intend to offer size exchanges subject to availability. Because our first edits will be small, we cannot promise a replacement size will always be in stock, and we will not claim otherwise.

Hygiene items

Shapewear is worn close to the body, so it is expected to be returnable only where any hygiene seal is intact and the item is unworn. This will be stated on the relevant product pages, not just here.

Who pays for return postage

Still being decided. It depends on the courier terms we are negotiating, and we will publish the answer before ordering opens rather than leave it vague at checkout.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, that is ours to fix, and we will cover the cost of putting it right.

Refund timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time will be confirmed once our payment provider is finalised.
