Who we are

BIA is a women's fashion label operating an online store hosted on Shopify. If you need to reach us about your data, use the form on our Contact page.

What we collect

When you shop with us or contact us, we collect the following:

• If you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, and payment details (processed securely through Shopify Payments — we do not store card numbers).
• If you join Private Access: your email address, and optionally your first name, city and the product categories you select.
• If you send us a message: your name, email address and whatever you write.
• Automatically: standard analytics and security data collected by Shopify, such as pages viewed and general location.

How we use it

Your information is used to process and fulfil your orders, to communicate with you about your purchases, and — where you have opted in — to send occasional updates. Messages you send are used to reply to you.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Where it is stored

Your data is held within Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which stores and processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also write to us and ask to be removed.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form and we will action it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Shopify for basic functionality, security and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

When this policy changes we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell our customers directly.
