You may browse the site, shop, and contact us. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or use it unlawfully.

Product information

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including fabric composition and measurements. Screen colours vary between devices, so a colour may not appear identical to the piece itself.

Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase through the methods shown at checkout.

Pricing

Prices are shown in PKR inclusive of any applicable tax. Where an order has already been accepted, we will honour the price shown at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

The BIA name, logo, imagery and site copy belong to BIA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
