About these terms

These terms cover your use of the ZAREA website. Because we are not yet selling, the sections on orders, payment and delivery describe our intended terms and will be finalised before launch.

Using this site

You may browse the site and join our mailing list. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or use it unlawfully.

Product information

Once products are listed, we will describe them as accurately as we can, including fabric composition and measurements. Screen colours vary between devices, so a colour may not appear identical to the piece itself.

Orders and payment (intended)

Placing an order will constitute an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment will be taken in full at the point of purchase through the methods shown at checkout.

Pricing

Prices will be shown inclusive of any applicable tax and in the currency displayed at checkout. Where an order has already been accepted, we will honour the price shown at the time.

Delivery and returns

Our Delivery and Returns pages form part of these terms. Both are currently marked as pre-launch drafts.

Intellectual property

The ZAREA name, logo, imagery and site copy belong to ZAREA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
