A fine beige mesh carrying flowers worked in three dimensions — petals embroidered separately and applied so they stand proud of the ground, in soft yellow and ivory on thin green stems. Because the mesh behind them is sheer, the flowers appear to float rather than sit on cloth. The neckline is a plain high crew, the armholes simply bound, and the body stops at the natural waist. Nothing else is added: the embroidery is the whole design.
