Size Guide

Check the piece, not just the letter. Sizing is not standardised between makers. Every product page carries its own measurements, and those always take priority over this general guide.

How to measure

Use a soft tape over light clothing. Keep it level and snug without pulling tight.

Bust

Around the fullest part of the chest, tape level with the floor.

Waist

The narrowest part of the torso, usually just above the navel.

Hips

Around the fullest part of the hips and seat, roughly 20cm below the natural waist.

General size reference

A starting point only. Always check against the measurements on the piece you want.

S 8–10 83–87 65–69 91–95

Dress lengths

Length is measured from the shoulder seam to the hem, and shifts with your height. The measurement on each product page is taken from a size M unless stated.

Length Typical range Usually sits
Mini 80–90cm Upper thigh to just above the knee
Midi 105–120cm Below the knee to mid-calf
Maxi 130–150cm Ankle to floor

Shapewear sizing

Shaping pieces are designed to sit close to the body, so take your true measurements rather than sizing down. Going smaller does not improve the result and is usually less comfortable.

Where a piece states a compression or support level, that information comes from the maker and is published only once we have confirmed it.

Between two sizes?

There is no single rule that holds across every style, so we give guidance per product rather than a blanket instruction.

Not sure? Ask us before you order — send your measurements and the piece you are looking at, and we will tell you what we honestly think.
