The neckline sits off both shoulders and is finished with a soft self-fabric frill. Down the centre front runs a vertical row of small round faux-pearl buttons, flanked on either side by narrow ruffled panels that give the bodice its structure. The sleeves are cut long and full in a lighter, softly translucent cloth, falling away from the shoulder before gathering into a small cuff with a flared ruffle at the wrist. The body is slim and stops at the waist on a gently asymmetric hem.
