The Camille Boned Corset Top

A genuinely constructed corset. The bodice is cut in a furnishing-weight tapestry jacquard — daisies and chrysanthemums in dusty blue, cream, sage and soft peach, carried in the weave rather than printed on it — and built over narrow vertical boning channels that run the length of the body and hold its shape. Small antique-gold buttons fasten down the centre front. Across the top, a wide flounce of sheer pale-blue organza with a fine ruffled edge falls off each shoulder in place of a sleeve. The hem comes to a point at the centre front.

A structured boned bodice with no stretch in the cloth. Take the size your bust and waist sit inside and use the back lacing to close it in. Measurements below are the garment, not the body. Available XS–XL.

The boning means it holds its own shape off the body — lace the back to fit rather than sizing down. Keep everything else quiet; the tapestry and the organza are already doing the work. Cream, ivory or washed denim beneath it.
