The neckline is wide enough to sit off both shoulders and is finished with a small self-fabric frill. A single drawstring runs vertically down the centre front and gathers the fabric into soft ruching — pull it up and the neckline shortens, let it out and the whole thing relaxes. Short puff sleeves finish on an elasticated frilled cuff, and the body stops short at the waist.
