The Silhouette

The bodice is a proper corset — satin, boned, with the seams left visible and a sweetheart line across the bust. Ribbon straps tie in soft bows at each shoulder. Then the skirt does something else entirely: dense three-dimensional fabric roses packed across the whole surface, standing away from the body and finishing short at mid-thigh over a soft organza edge. Deep burgundy throughout, with no print and no stretch.

Fit & Sizing

Close through the bodice with no stretch in the cloth; the ties at the back give you a little adjustment across the shoulders. Short in the skirt. Available XXS–L.

Size guide

How to measure. Measure over light clothing, keeping the tape level and comfortably loose.
Bust — around the fullest part, tape flat across the back.
Waist — around the narrowest part of the natural waist.
Hip — around the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8in) below the waist.
Length — from the shoulder seam straight down to the hem.

Sizing is not consistent between dresses. Each dress in the edit comes from a different maker, so please check the measurements on this page against your own rather than relying on your usual size.
